NEFDOA is a regional affiliate of the Association of Food and Drug officials, AFDO and is comprised of food, drug, health, consumer protection, safety and industry officials in the states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont and the Atlantic Provinces, New Brunswick, New Foundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island and Quebec in Canada.
To promote the implementation of proven public health practices and uniformity in the adoption and enforcement of food and drug safety and security laws, rules, and regulations.
